We only accept returns for products with verified factory defects or manufacturer defects. Approved returns are eligible for an exchange only — we do not offer refunds.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and in brand new condition

• Include the original factory packaging and all accessories

• Show no signs of use, damage, or modification

We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective products, customer remorse, or items that have been used.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. Once the returned item is received and inspected, replacement processing may take approximately 14–30 business days depending on product availability.

We reserve the right to deny any return or exchange that does not meet these conditions.
